Leadership Seminar, Zaragoza, 09-11 June 2026
Leadership should be considered the most crucial skill any officer must acquire during their initial educational process.
The leadership approach must consider not only a wide range of abilities that young officers must demonstrate they are capable of utilizing, but also a change in mindset, acquiring attitudes and values that they must deeply internalize to do not only the “things right“, but also the “right things.”
Aim
The “Centro Universitario de la Defensa” of Zaragoza, in collaboration with the Spanish “Academia General Militar” intends to organize and conduct a Leadership Seminar to analyze how leadership is studied at other Military Academies in the EMILYO countries.
The seminar aims to be an exchange of experiences and knowledge to obtain best practices and lessons learned that can be applied in other Military Academies.
